CAN I HAVE MY CAR SERVICED OR REPAIRED OUTSIDE OF THE MAIN DEALER?
Of course you can! All vehicle's whether they have a remainder of manufacturers warranty or not can be cared for at a place of your choice. Providing the Garage is VAT registered and uses OE Approved Parts & Oils you can take your vehicle to the Garage of your choosing. We are proud to say YDS covers all of that criteria, We are also registered with many Manufactures to update all service records including most digital records to help in preserving any outstanding warranty.
DO YOUR PARTS HAVE A WARRANTY?
At YDS we have no shame in saying we are very picky when it comes to which Parts & Oils we use. Our motto is fit & forget and by that we mean choosing the best quality bits for all jobs gives not only us but you the peace at mind knowing the job is done once only.
Should a part fail due to defect almost all Aftermarket parts are covered by a 12 Month - 12,000 Mile warranty we can always help with this should the need arise.
Wear and tear/Serviceable items are always subject to inspection before items can be deemed as defective.
WHAT TYPE OF CERTIFICATION DO YOUR TECHNICIANS OBTAIN?
At YDS all of our Technicians are qualified to the highest of standards holding Level 2,3 & 4 IMI awards along with Manufacturer specific Training Certificates. Our biggest training provider is Bosch with these guys our Technicians are really put through their paces to ensure no matter what the situation, We're ready.
